Electoral Math

8/25: 4 new poll in Texas, Ohio, Michigan and Colorado. Only 1 colora change in Colorado as Sen. Obama opens a nearly 3 point lead and Colorado is moved from toss-up to barely Obama. With its 9 electoral votes, he has made up the 9 he lost in new Hampshire and new mexico last week as both of those states became toss-ups. Not much changes in the math, although either Ohio or Virginia will be enough for Sen. Obama to win. On the other side, Sen. McCain currently needs to win both Ohio and Virginia, and 2 of the other 3 toss-up states (New Hampshire, North Dakota and New Mexico).
