Electoral Math

9/10: 9 new polls yesterday, 4 changes in color and 3 changes on the electoral college. First, in North Dakota, with Rasmussen's new poll shows him ahead by 14. This is enough to move North Dakota barely on McCain's side and may shift it to a lean state as more polls become available. In New Mexico, a Rasmussen poll shows Sen. McCain ahead, and moves New Mexico from barely Obama to a toss-up. In Missouri, a CNN/Time poll shifts Sen. McCain's lead to over 7 points in my projection and puts Missouri leaning toward him and finally in New Hampshire, CNN/Time's new poll puts Sen. Obama just far enough ahead to put it barely on his side. The net result for the day: Sen. Obama loses 1 electoral vote to 268 and Sen. McCain gains 3 in North Dakota. State updates and today's polls (it was the busiest day of the year so far) to come.
