Electoral Math

6/29: Barck Obama continues to widen his lead in the popular vote, now nearly 5.3 million votes. Today's polls in Virginia and in Texas resulted in more votes for Obama in both states. While Virginia is still too close to call, it is very close to making a "Barely Obama" call as my estimate shows him 1.81% ahead, while I will make a call at 2%. This would spell a tremendous amount of trouble for John McCain, as he would be forced to win all of the current toss-up states as well as 2 of the 3 states thast would be in the barely Obama column (Michigan, Ohio & Virginia).
