8/28: Colorado is moved back to a toss-up today as his lead is trimmed just fractionally under 2 points there. It should be noted that while all 3 polls showed gains for Sen. McCain, all 3 were completed prior to the Democratic convention. It's hard to know just yet whether a bounce for Sen. Obama is occurring in state polls, and the latest tracking polls by Gallup and Rasmussen so for are diverging. Rasmussen has not released any polls this week, neither has Survey USA. Most of the polls being released are coming from minor or partisan pollsters.
