9/15: 16 new polls in 12 states continue to show Sen. McCain's post-Palin, post-convention bounce is not yet over. Although there are no changes in the electoral count, there were 4 changes on the map; 3 of which (Minnesota, Washington and Florida) were in Sen. McCain's direction, while only Delaware moved toward Sen. Obama.
