A new Ipsos/Reuters poll shows Mitt Romney ahead 41-33 over Newt Gingrich. This is the 7th consecutive poll where Romney leads by at least 7 points. The overall projection is basically unchanged with Gov. Romney ahead of Speaker Gingrich by 6.34%, enough for me to call Florida leaning Romney as has been the trend for the last 2 days. There is only one poll currently used in my calculation by Public Policy Polling that has Newt Gingrich ahead. Even that poll does not fully count in my projection as the are a Democratic organization. I expect the rest of the weekend will be quiet from a polling perspective and a slew of polls coming out on Monday prior to Tuesday's primary.
