Electoral Math

9/23: 13 polls in 12 states were released today with only one change on the map. In North Carolina, a new Civitas (R) poll shows a tie, this coupled with the aging out of a Survey USA which showed Sen. McCain ahead by 20 in the immediately after the Republican Convention move North Carolina from leaning to barely McCain. 2 of the last 3 polls here have been a tie and it's possible North Carolina could become a toss-up state again before long. Still 269-213 in my projection, although McCain currently leads in all toss-up states, leaving a potential 269-269 electoral tie.
